This week in the Tribune: After a months-long investigation, the Calistoga City Council unanimously agreed that accusations of a hostile work environment fostered by City Manager Laura Snideman were unfounded.

Police are on the lookout for one or more vandals who have been leaving graffiti tags all over town. Finally, the much anticipated opening of the low-income Lincoln Apartments will be delayed until the end of the year awaiting the installation of a sewer, a job that is also disrupting traffic on Lincoln Avenue.
